The MarineFAST® LX-Series is an economical, compact, and corrosion-resistant Type II Marine Sanitation Device (MSD) designed for small commercial vessels such as harbor tugs, workboats, etc. Built for demanding marine environments, the LX-Series offers proven biological treatment using FAST® (Fixed Activated Sludge Treatment) technology to reliably process both blackwater and graywater.

How It Works

MarineFAST® LX-Series systems use a fixed-film aerobic process to digest sewage biologically. Air is supplied to support microbial activity, breaking down waste naturally. The system operates continuously with minimal oversight and handles both freshwater and seawater waste streams efficiently.
